Chelation Therapy refers to chelating agents being administered into the human body to remove heavy metals and toxins from the body which may cause serious damage if not timely eliminated. Chelating agents came into use as medicines following the effects of poison gas use in World War I. The effect of the next World War caused lead poisoning to navy personnel introduced the use of EDTA chelation. This therapy treats poisoning by iron, mercury, lead, arsenic, uranium and other toxic metals.
The Chelating agents may be introduced into the human body through veins (intravenously), through the muscles (intramuscularly) or orally which may be in the form of tablets or capsules. Chelation therapy is very much required for heart patients or persons subject to heavy nuclear or other metallic contamination. These metal particles for layers in the artilleries and restrict the flow of blood into the heart. Also the entire body slowly starts getting damaged with immunity levels dropping down. Chelating agents consumed for long periods eliminate the risk of damage from these toxins. Amino acids from chelating agents are transformed into requirements of the body. Chelation Therapy is thus a purification process of the body which restores and ensure better health.

Acid reflux is another term for a condition many people commonly call heartburn. Often known by different names, it is condition relating to the digestive system but is related to others with similar symptoms. To help digest and assimilate food, the stomach uses an acid.The sensation of burning that can be felt in the area of the stomach and heart happens when the digestive fluid tries to travel up the food tract.
When food enters your stomach, a valve called the lower esophageal sphincter opens to allow food into the stomach which normally remains closed so that stomach food and acid do not flow back up into your esophagus area. The esophageal sphincter should close and trap the acid but when this does not happen and the acid escapes back up the digestive tract the condition of acid reflux or heartburn is the result.This condition is also known as GERD which is the shortened version of the correct medical name: gastroesophageal reflux disorder. Unfortunately the exact cause of acid reflux condition remains a mystery, but it is believed an individuals diet is primarily to blame,overeating could also add to the problem and cause unnecessary stress on the stomach and its ability to process food.
Too much strain is placed on the muscles of the stomach when we overeat and the result of this a build up of internal pressure.this in turn causes the esophageal valve to behave erratically leading to stomach fluids rising and causing the awful burning feeling in the chest. Since this valve protects your esophagus from your stomach acid, you need to take care this valve does not allow digested acidic food to pass back into the asophagus.to prevent this from happening you should eat small meals throughout the day. The stomach is the doorway to body health so it needs to be treated with respect,this is because the stomach is not only responsible for breaking down our food but also for preparing this food to be converted to specific nutrients that every person needs.
A short term solution may appear to be the drugs that are easily purchased over the counter but guidance is needed,however, these can interrupt natural body processes and cause other health problems. The long term treatment for acid reflux is to adapt your lifestyle habits in particular eating and drinking,within a few months you should find your stomach has had a chance build up its resistance considerably. You may have to take it easy for a while but eventually there should not be any reason why you cannot enjoy the foods you have been forced to give up for a while.
Surely a few changes in the way you live your life are not too much to ask,the thought of reducing the incidents of heartburn should be sufficient incentive. Determination on your part to reduce the number of episodes of acid reflux is all that is required.this is a decision which only you can make but it should not take Einstein to know what the choice should be!

If you are having a difficult time getting to slumber it is important that understanding slumber mechanism and what produces up a healthy night of rest could be instrumental in comprehending why you have a sleep condition. Rest is not as simple as you believe because you aren’t of necessity conscious or asleep. There are a number of things that take place immediately you start to drift off to rest that defines how well you will sleep.

The first stage of sleep is called stage one which is characterized by drowsiness as your feel yourself let go, your muscles fall into a limp state, and your eyes will drift closed on their own. This stage usually lasts only a few minutes somewhere around ten full minutes. The next stage is light stage often called stage two and in this state your temperature and respiratory system fall considerably. Your pulse will also become slower at this point in the sleep process.
You can say stage three and four are determined to be deep sleep and are where you may have difficulty waking up. You will possibly feel very dazed and incoherent but this important sleep stage allows your brain to rest while the circulatory system slows, at which point it begins to rejuvenate the body. It is important to note that there is a increased level of immune work that occurs during these two vital stages of your good night’s rest.
Stage five is considered REM sleep and is generally considered the dreaming period of the REM sleep cycle. Moving in and out of the REM cycle occurs often so you might have anywhere from three to five 70-90 minute long sessions within the REM. This intricate stage of sleeping is determined by some physical breathing conditions both irregular and shallow. There may also be your heart quickening as a rise in blood pressure.
This particular portion of the entire sleep cycle is vital to helping you process certain emotions for stress reduction and giving the person a truly good night’s sleep. People who sleep lightly are trapped in stage two and cannot seem to get to stages three and four where the best benefits of sleep reside. People who have difficulty waking up possibly spend a longer period of time in deep sleep and awake suddenly rather than come awake through the various stages of sleep.
The stages of sleep also change based on the amount of each cycle you got the night before so if you spend a long time in deep sleep you might become trapped in a light sleep the next evening. Ultimately however it balances out and you spend the same about of time on average in each part of sleep, hopefully resulting in good sleep patterns. This is one of the reasons why it is stated that you won’t catch up on sleep but you can catch up on rest.
